About the Belgian Cat Fanciers vzw
The Belgian Cat Fanciers vzw (BCF) was founded on 12 August 2004 and is recognised by Animal Welfare Flanders under recognition number F-24-SBV1. In Flanders, we issue pedigrees that comply with the applicable Flemish regulations. We also issue pedigrees for breeders in other Belgian regions and outside Belgium.
In addition to the pedigree service, the BCF organises an annual international pedigree cat show. Our shows are open to both exhibitors and visitors and offer a unique opportunity to admire the finest purebred cats from Belgium and abroad.
The association was founded with the aim of supporting and professionalising the world of purebred cats. Members enjoy various benefits, including guidance with pedigree applications and participation in club activities.
